Julie Huggard
Julie has been teaching exercise for almost 25 years concentrating on Body Conditioning and Step classes initially. Due to a recurring back problem since a teenager she found herself teaching more along the lines of Pilates. Julie felt this to be the right way to go for not only herself but for her clients. As an instructor she tried various courses until she found the ones that suited her style of teaching best.
Julie has been running six week courses at For Health Chiropractic since early 2010, teaching the main principles of Pilates in small groups enabling participants to gain all the benefits Pilates has to offer.
